Raw Food Diet - Top 10 Benefits of Eating Raw Foods!
I had always suggested the name Remain Foods rather than Raw Foods. The name Remain Foods are self-explanatory: We are in lifestyle, so eat stay foods!
Some of material I get from people on the Raw/Live Foods eating plan are: "Boring, unpalatable, tedious, not maintainable etc". Independently, I think it is just a question of how to, and whether you want to try towards better wellness insurance fitness.
